• Lookup results are reference data provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• You agree to use results only for lawful verification where you already have a legal basis regarding the person concerned. You may not use them for unsolicited marketing, bulk calling or messaging, harassment, fraud, tracking, or any breach of personal data law.
• You are solely liable for how you use the results and will indemnify us against loss arising from your breach of these terms.
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to the tool where we detect abuse; used quota is not refunded.
• Data source, abuse controls, and the right to request removal are described in Appendix A of our Privacy Policy.
